Summary

Join PingWind as a Healthcare Technical Operations Specialist to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in adopting technical solutions for healthcare providers. Bridge clinical and technical teams, facilitating communication and ensuring operational workflows align with technical implementations. Collaborate with project teams on training and change management, using the Prosci methodology to assess change readiness and mitigate risks. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training and change management strategies, providing support and guidance to project teams. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience, and strong communication and collaboration skills. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance are required.

Responsibilities

  • Bridge clinical and technical workstreams by leveraging deep expertise in both healthcare operations and technology solutions
  • Facilitate communication between clinicians and IT teams to ensure that operational workflows are effectively supported by technical implementations
  • Work with project teams to ensure alignment of training and change management efforts
  • Use the Prosci methodology to assess change readiness, identify potential risks, and develop mitigation plans under the direction of the Change Management and Training Lead
  • Support in monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of training and change management strategies and adjust as needed to ensure successful change adoption
  • Provide assistance and support to project teams on change management and training best practices under the guidance of the Change Management and Training Lead

Preferred Qualifications

  • VA or similar government organization experience
  • Prosci Change Management Practitioner preferred
