Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Windows systems (10/11), Windows Server, Linux, macOS
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Ability to work with physical servers and/or virtualization (e.g., Hyper-V, SCVMM)
• Familiarity with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work with end users
• Ability to provide user support in English and Polish
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup (3 days per week in the office)

Responsibilities

• Providing technical support to users (2nd line support)
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and peripheral devices
• Monitoring and maintaining server infrastructure (both physical and virtual)
• Handling equipment in the server room (assembling, replacing, diagnosing)
• Creating and updating technical documentation
• Managing user accounts and permissions (AD / Office 365 / etc.)
• Working with a ticketing system
