Join HomeLight as a remote sales representative based in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico! As the first point of contact for home buyers and sellers, you'll explain HomeLight's services, understand client needs, and offer product solutions. This role blends customer service and sales, requiring high-volume phone sales experience or a strong interest in the field. You'll manage warm leads, utilize CRM software, and ensure every transaction is simple, certain, and satisfying. Success requires goal-orientation, exceeding targets, and proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and Google Suite. HomeLight offers a dynamic startup environment and is committed to diversity and inclusion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high volume phone sales or interested in growing their career in this field
- Ability to engage with customers and provide a consultative approach
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office and Google Suite
- Flexibility in working in a start-up environment
- Demonstrates high level of proficiency in English and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
Responsibilities
- Explain HomeLight's service to clients and gain an understanding of their specific home buying/selling needs
- Make initial contact with all home buyers and sellers offering one of our product solutions (you will have a portfolio of products to offer)
- Field warm leads from home buyers and sellers that come to our HomeLight site - No cold calling!
- Make every real estate transaction simple, certain and satisfying
- Navigate our CRM system and provide detailed notes on all client interactions
