Collaborate with the Accounts Payable Specialist and other teams to verify vendor legitimacy, process invoices, and maintain organized documentation. You will assist with month-end procedures, preparing analyses and reports. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Fluency with Excel formulas and functions
• Strong analytical and data gathering skills
• Ability to process accurate information in a timely manner

Responsibilities

• Verify and perform initial reviews on vendors’ legitimacy, including obtaining contracts or agreements, invoices, and other supporting documents
• Perform billing duties by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices from the Home Services department to the Accounting team
• Collaborate internally and externally to obtain necessary information, ensuring all supporting documents are tracked and stored in an organized manner
• Assist with month-end AP accrual procedures by preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred
