Requirements
- Proven experience in SaaS, Hotel & Resort Industry Technology, and managing Mid Market and Enterprise accounts
- 10+ years of successful technology or professional services sales leadership experience, ideally at the C-level
- Demonstrated expertise in complex deal development, financial structuring, negotiations, and closing deals with new and existing clients
- Proficiency with the MEDDPICC sales methodology, sales reporting, and pipeline tracking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to executive-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and support Sales Account Executives within the Hotel & Resort Sales vertical
- Lead and manage the team to exceed individual sales quotas for bookings and revenue
- Be involved in all stages of the sales lifecycle: lead generation, client meetings, value proposition development, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and closing
- Ensure team members meet sales activity objectives and effectively progress prospects through the sales pipeline
- Ensure timely and accurate CRM sales reporting and maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with sales objectives
- Communicate marketing strategies and product features to the sales team to ensure a thorough understanding
- Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and professional development to team members
- Build relationships with partners who offer complementary products to the Hotel & Resort industry to create collaborative sales strategies and tactics that drive new revenue
- Share insights on industry trends, successful deals, sales techniques and implement best practices across the sales organization
- Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities, to position Toast effectively in the market
