Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years management experience in HCM sales management
  • In-depth knowledge of HCM sales (Payroll & HR, ASO, or PEO) – minimum 5 years
  • Salesforce competency
  • Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with CRM, outbound, and reporting systems
  • Capacity to manage various projects and to work tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from start to finish
  • Strong leadership skills, with a successful history of team leadership through setting clear priorities and performance goals for the team
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills with a successful track record in improving employees’ performance

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with VP of Sales to formulate and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets
  • Lead and motivate Account Executives to achieve maximum performance and meet sales targets using β€œThe Fourth Way”
  • Coach Sales Executives to ensure they meet or exceed sales targets and associated KPIs
  • Develop a deep understanding of metrics, hold Sales Executives accountable for their targets, and report the status of sales goals to the VP of Sales promptly so that changes can be implemented in time to have an impact
  • Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs
  • Effectively utilize Fourth systems to coach, hold the team accountable, and report to Sales teams and the Executive Leadership Team
  • Report on reasons for shifts in strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets
  • Maintain an individual contributor quota and a team quota simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of Gong, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LI Navigator, or Outreach
