Summary

Join NEC Software Solutions' Housing Team as an Implementation Consultant specializing in Customer Service and/or Support Services Modules. This home-based role involves implementing and configuring the NEC Housing Management System, providing expert guidance to customers, creating training materials, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will receive comprehensive support and training, working alongside experienced consultants before independently managing projects. The role requires in-depth expertise in housing management software and proven consultancy experience. Travel within the UK may be required occasionally.

Requirements

  • In-depth expertise of the Customer Service, Support Services and/or Housing Advice Processes using Housing Management Software
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing Housing Management Systems or Housing Modules, with a strong focus on system configuration and build
  • Proven track record of providing high-quality consultancy services to Local Authority Housing, ALMOs or Housing Associations
  • Experience with using SQL within a HMS
  • Ability to consistently achieve positive customer feedback through effective delivery of consultancy and training services
  • Proficiency in creating and maintaining training materials, including courses and solution design manuals for customers
  • Willingness to work on multiple parallel projects (when you are comfortable and proficient with our system)

Responsibilities

  • Offer expert guidance in implementing NEC Housing system modules – particularly Customer Service and Support Services (including CRM, Housing Advice and ASB) with a focus on how the system is configured and built
  • Provide excellent advice and best practise to current customers using NEC Housing
  • Ensure that when we give advice or training, our customers are happy and give positive feedback consistently
  • Ensure that our customers are satisfied with our product and promptly communicate any issues to our internal teams
  • Create and maintain training courses and solution design manuals for both customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in all aspects of Social Housing Management
  • Be flexible and available for travel throughout the UK occasionally to visit both customer and company sites when required

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in creating, configuring, and implementing wider NEC Housing system modules
