Requirements

• Knowledge in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Specialist or Generalist
• Strong understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in HR software and tools
• Familiar with multinational company environments

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and staffing, from job postings to hiring top talent
• Address employee relations and resolve issues thoughtfully and effectively
• Develop and implement a performance management system
• Create training programs to enhance team skills and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal HR regulations
• Administer benefits programs and manage enrollments
• Develop and update HR policies to meet organizational needs

Preferred Qualifications
