Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR, preferably in a seasonal or high-volume hiring environment
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and team members
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and candidate sourcing techniques
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for helping people find the right job
Responsibilities
- Manage the posting of job openings, resume reviews, candidate shortlisting, and facilitate onboarding discussions
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and employee referrals
- Conduct phone and virtual interviews (via Zoom or Google Meet) to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Collaborate with the internal HR team to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and hiring progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment, such as scheduling interviews and sending follow-up communications
- Handle client communication as instructed/assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
