Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree in HR or a related field is an asset
- 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in a global organization
- Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and employee relations management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Proficiency in HR software systems
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various disciplines
- Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop customized recruitment plans
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and well-being
- Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits
- Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
- Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
- Design, develop, and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with company goals and employee needs
- Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
- Collaborate with Finance to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Develop and implement training programs for employees on compliance matters
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and develop solutions to address them
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
- Manage a team of HR professionals to achieve department goals and objectives
- Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and projects
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP or PHR) or a related field
- Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures and languages
- Knowledge of global labor laws and regulations
