Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment, preferably in a global organization
  • Proven track record of successful talent acquisition and employee relations management
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in HR software systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute global recruitment strategies to attract and hire top technical talent across various disciplines
  • Manage the full cycle of recruitment, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop customized recruitment plans
  • Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting employee engagement, diversity, and well-being
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Handle employee relations issues, conflicts, and grievances in a fair and timely manner
  • Develop and implement employee recognition and reward programs
  • Design, develop, and implement comprehensive benefits packages that align with company goals and employee needs
  • Conduct market research to ensure competitive compensation and benefits packages
  • Collaborate with Finance to ensure compliance with budgetary requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement training programs for employees on compliance matters
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals and objectives
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in HR processes and develop solutions to address them
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability
  • Manage a team of HR professionals to achieve department goals and objectives
  • Develop and manage budgets for HR initiatives and projects
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Human Resources (SHRM-CP or PHR) or a related field
  • Experience working in a global organization with diverse cultures and languages
  • Knowledge of global labor laws and regulations
