Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Technical recruiting within fast-paced environments, with at least 3+ years in-house at startups or fast-growing tech companies
- Strong skills in partnering with hiring managers, influencing leaders, and pitching to candidates
- Passion for sourcing using LinkedIn, talent mapping, email sequencing tools, and/or Boolean strings
- Intercultural intelligence and a demonstrated passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and quickly adapt to changing hiring needs in a remote work environment
- A keen eye for detail and adherence to processes and best practices
- Understanding of industry trends and common recruiting metrics
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, etc
- Technical recruiting experience for junior to senior-level engineering and product roles
- Genuine enjoyment interacting with others and you possess empathy and desire to match the best people with the best opportunities
- A continuous improvement mentality and determination to hit hiring goals while learning from challenges
Responsibilities

- Design and execute full cycle recruitment strategies to deliver top talent to a variety of our organizations primarily in N AMER
- Build strong relationships with leaders and hiring managers, serving as a trusted recruiting advisor and strategic partner
- Partner with HRBPs, Total Rewards, HR Operations, L&D, TA Sourcers, Operations and Coordinators to create positive experiences for candidates and hiring teams
- Proactively source candidates from diverse backgrounds to support our diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Continuously find, engage, and qualify top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Adhere to best practices in data hygiene, utilizing tools to provide a tactical advantage in the marketplace, and deliver insightful recruiting metrics and reports
- Drive intake and debrief meetings and ensure smooth and efficient interview experiences for all stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in analytics, support engineering, and other types of technical roles
