Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, or related field, with HR experience in tech, ideally in an international startup
- Proven expertise in learning and development, leadership training, and employee growth strategies
- Strong project management, data-driven mindset, and ability to communicate confidently at all levels
- Basic knowledge of German labor law; coaching mindset to guide management on HR topics
- Fluent English (C1); German is a plus
- Willingness to travel occasionally to Berlin
Responsibilities
- Partner with Tech department stakeholders to build high-performing teams and drive learning, development, and employee engagement initiatives
- Act as the go-to HR consultant for management, team leads, and employees, guiding leadership, structure, and organizational growth
- Design and implement training programs, leadership development initiatives, and career growth strategies tailored to tech professionals
- Manage end-to-end People processes, including onboarding, payroll reviews, feedback cycles, and organizational updates, ensuring a seamless employee experience
- Leverage data insights to inform decisions, maintain accurate documentation, and support the department’s strategic goals
