Associate Hr Business Partner

Summary

Join Signifyd as an Associate HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to our R&D organization. You will act as a trusted advisor to managers, contributing to the development and execution of people programs. Responsibilities include addressing employee relations, monitoring employee engagement, building training programs, and supporting performance management. This role requires experience in HR, strong communication skills, and the ability to develop scalable people programs. Requirements

• Have previous experience in HR as a Business Partner, Generalist, Specialist, or equivalent role, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders to get things done
• Be a strong communicator who has proven the ability to tailor communications to a wide variety of audiences
• Have demonstrated a strong ability to develop and deliver scalable people programs that support the strategic needs of the business
• Place the highest value on delivering an extraordinary employee experience
• Have impeccable judgment and follow-through skills, and can be fully trusted with the most confidential information
• Have experience in employee relations, compliance, and HR operations
• Be process and detail-oriented, but not overly so - you fully appreciate the value of getting things done
• Know the importance of using data to reinforce your recommendations and know how to interpret and visualize information in large data sets

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor, coach and consultant for Signifyd’s managers to improve their leadership capability, team effectiveness, strategic insight and business performance
• Contribute to the development and managing the execution of people programs such as talent planning, organizational design, new manager enablement, mentorship and sponsorship, employee engagement, change management, and diversity and inclusion
• Instill and support equitable and scalable performance management practices
• Address and manage employee relations issues with incredible respect, thoroughly and proactively
• Monitor the pulse of the organization to ensure a high level of employee engagement
• Build and support training and development programs, tailored to the needs of the R&D org, in partnership with the L&D department
• Use employee feedback and data to execute highly effective employee engagement activities
• Help advocate and drive change management activities for organizational changes to support the employee experience throughout the change
• Support performance management and compensation planning
• Administer exit interviews and collect attrition data for practical use to improve retention
