Summary
Join Daxko as an HR Business Partner and partner with leaders to cultivate a thriving company culture. You will provide performance management guidance, advise senior leadership, address employee relations issues, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop team member programs. This role requires collaboration, coaching, and training, contributing to Daxko's growth and employee well-being. You will also conduct compensation analysis, partner with legal on immigration matters, and support internal mobility. The position demands strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, along with experience in employee relations and performance management. This role involves 15% travel.
Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree
- Two (2) to five (5) years of Human Resources experience with a track record of additional responsibility and growth within position
- HR knowledge, especially in areas of employee relations and performance management
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and deadline-driven
- Excellent organizational skills; can successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication β both verbal and written; able to breakdown complex issues into easy-to-understand messages
- Proven relationship-building skills β with team members, managers, and executives
- Self-starter who is action-oriented and possesses a strong sense of urgency
- Ability to comfortably work in a high-growth environment
- Experience with immigration employment visa process
- A flexible, can-do attitude with customer orientation and strong dependability
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to managers (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
- Advise senior leadership on workforce planning, inclusive leadership, and career pathing for functional areas
- Respond to employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and facilitate the resolution of complaints
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations; keeps up to date on employment law and current best practices to help better facilitate the employee experience
- Coordinate, create, and conduct team member development programs to provide ongoing development for team members at various levels
- Create and implement policies, procedures, and processes to continuously improve the efficacy, efficiency, and adoption of People Development imperatives to develop and retain the best talent
- Conduct compensation analysis as needed
- Partner with our immigration attorney and team members for employment visas
- Partner with recruiting team to support equitable internal mobility and career growth
- Serve as a facilitator of information and feedback for team members exiting the organization
Preferred Qualifications
HRCI (PHR) or SHRM (SHRM-CP) certification
