Summary

Join Level Access as an HR Business Partner and support our people and culture strategy by partnering with leaders and employees to ensure a positive employee experience. You will support day-to-day HR needs while building your capability in areas like employee relations, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement. This role requires 5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist capacity, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. You will serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, practices, and programs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably with experience as an HR Business Partner or in a generalist capacity
  • Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and HR standard processes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mentality
  • Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and integrity
  • Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions and manager support on HR policies, practices, and programs
  • Support managers in addressing basic employee relations issues, escalating complex matters as appropriate
  • Assist in the performance management cycle (goal setting, feedback, mid-year and annual reviews), including communication, tracking, and coaching
  • Assist and collaborate on employee engagement survey and post-survey actions and follow-ups
  • Collaborate with HR team members to support talent planning, employee engagement initiatives, and retention strategies
  • Provide day-to-day support in interpreting and applying HR policies to ensure consistency and compliance with US employment law
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to support smooth hiring and onboarding processes
  • Support learning and development initiatives by identifying common needs and helping implement programs that develop employee capabilities
  • Use data and feedback to contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture
  • Participate in cross-functional HR projects and continuous improvement efforts

Preferred Qualifications

HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
