Join Trendyol Pay's HR team and lead core HR processes, partnering with various HR functions to deliver integrated solutions. Support the full employee lifecycle, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations. Build robust data tracking processes, collaborate with internal and external partners for recruitment, and conduct candidate assessments. Provide operational and strategic HR support, handle complex employee relations matters, and ensure compliance with employment law. Partner with leadership to enhance team morale and drive employee engagement. Maintain HR systems, generate reports, and identify key HR trends.
Requirements
- Bachelors or Master’s Degree
- Have significant HR experience gained at business partner level ideally within a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Take ownership and drive of HR processes with a high level of attention and take action quickly
- Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
- Have a proven hands-on attitude, be flexible and adaptable
- Proficient in English
- Strong knowledge of the Turkish Labor Law and applications
- Being humble and people-oriented
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, engagement surveys, talent and organizational initiatives
- Partner across the HR matrix organization (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development) to deliver integrated HR solutions
- Support the full employee lifecycle with a focus on talent management, employee engagement, and employee relations
- Build and maintain robust data tracking processes to monitor recruitment and hiring metrics across assigned business units
- Collaborate with internal HR teams and external recruitment partners for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and advising hiring managers
- Conduct candidate assessments through structured interviews and contribute to talent hiring decisions
- Provide both operational and strategic HR support tailored to the needs of your accounts
- Develop strong relationships with employees and leaders to understand business needs and offer proactive HR solutions
- Handle complex employee relations matters, conducting thorough and impartial investigations as needed
- Stay up to date on employment law and ensure compliance with applicable regulations, minimizing organizational risk
- Maintain HR systems and databases, generate insightful reports, and identify key HR trends to inform decision-making
- Partner closely with leadership to enhance team morale, strengthen work relationships, and drive employee engagement
