Summary
Join Fundraise Up as a Strategic HR Business Partner to support Go-to-Market teams across the US and Latin America. This remote role requires a business-minded, people-focused individual who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leadership, aligning people strategy with business goals and championing culture, performance, and engagement. Key responsibilities include partnering with GTM leaders on team effectiveness, providing strategic guidance on performance management and employee relations, acting as a culture steward, and guiding managers on organizational design. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of progressive HR experience, including 2+ years supporting GTM or commercial functions, and experience working across US and LATAM regions. Requirements
- 4+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years supporting GTM or commercial functions
- Experience working across both U.S. and LATAM regions (remote team experience strongly preferred)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to influence at multiple levels of leadership
- Deep understanding of core HR disciplines: performance, employee relations, engagement, compensation
- Ability to operate autonomously and think strategically while executing tactically
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and remote-first environment
Responsibilities
- Partner with GTM Leaders to support team effectiveness, talent planning, and organizational development across the U.S. and LATAM
- Provide strategic guidance on performance management, employee relations, compensation reviews, and career pathing
- Act as a culture steward, driving initiatives around engagement, inclusion, and team cohesion in a remote or hybrid context
- Guide managers on org design, workforce planning, and headcount allocation as teams grow and evolve
- Lead or support key People programs (e.g., quarterly performance reviews, DEI efforts, engagement surveys) within your region and function
- Monitor employee sentiment and proactively address areas of concern, turnover risk, or team dynamics
- Partner closely with Talent Acquisition and People Ops to ensure seamless employee journey
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish and/or Portuguese fluency is a plus, but not required
- Experience with HRIS and other productivity tools: Lattice, Asana and Notion
