HR Data Analyst

Summary

Join SeLoger as a Data HR Analyst to support the Rewards team in managing and optimizing compensation and social benefits programs. This role is essential for ensuring competitive, equitable, and strategically aligned reward policies.

Requirements

• Holds a degree in Human Resources, Finance, Economics, Management or related fields
• Has completed at least one stage as an HR analyst or data analyst
• Is proactive, structured, rigorous, and analytical
• Masters Excel and Google Sheets and presentation tools
• Has strong data analysis and problem-solving skills with a focus on details
• Has excellent written and oral communication skills, able to present complex information clearly and concisely
• Respects confidentiality of HR data
• Has a good level of English for communicating with the European-wide group

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data on compensation to support decision-making regarding salary and bonus policies
• Support the design and implementation of reward programs
• Participate in various projects within the Rewards team, including report creation, presentation preparation, and ad hoc analysis
• Set up HR & people analytics tracking indicators (Attrition rate, #HC,...)
