Summary

Join 3GC Group as a self-motivated and dynamic HR Generalist supporting Philippines employees. You will collaborate with the HR team, handling a wide range of HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, global HR initiative implementation, office infrastructure support, and employee request management. This role is crucial for our rapidly growing Philippines location, eventually supporting 20+ employees and working closely with global teams. The ideal candidate possesses general HR experience, strong HR policy understanding, and a detail-oriented approach to developing and refining systems for employee engagement and retention. You will be responsible for administering compensation and benefits, leading onboarding/offboarding, collecting employee feedback, and ensuring compliance with PH employment laws. This remote position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our growing team.

Requirements

  • Have a strong track record of experience providing broad-based HR support to managers and employees on the full spectrum of general operation
  • Have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field required
  • Have 4+ years in human resources with a concentration on engagement
  • Have thorough knowledge of HR policies, PH employment-related laws and regulations
  • Have a demonstrated ability to communicate and partner effectively across organizational and geographical boundaries
  • Have end-user technology skills with HR software and platforms, such as HRIS, workforce management systems or time trackers
  • Have the ability to build team morale and promote corporate culture
  • Have working knowledge of Google Docs/sheets/forms/presentations
  • Have an excellent time management skill with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Have adept at problem-solving and conflict resolution
  • Have an excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Have the ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Be passionate about owning outcomes and driving high-quality results that build an extraordinary employee experience
  • Have experience working with international companies with their HQ outside the Philippines is preferred
  • Have the ability to lead and work effectively across diverse teams, apply rigor and drive forward progress to measurable outcomes
  • Have the ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
  • Have a fully functional and up-to-date computer with which to perform duties
  • Be willing to install next-generation endpoint protection on the computer
  • Be a current resident of the Philippines and can perform work from there
  • Be willing to work in US Pacific business hours (8am-5pm PST which corresponds to 12am-9am PH time, if not DST)
  • Be a current resident of the Philippines and legally able to perform work from there
  • Provide a workflow/documentation that is HR related

Responsibilities

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Lead and facilitate the employee onboarding/offboarding process and partner with IT/Facilities to ensure the process is smooth for new hires
  • Collect feedback on the employee experience during the onboarding and off-boarding process and ensure this is fed back to the global HR team
  • Perform routine tasks required to administer and execute PH human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters; salary disputes and investigations; Attendance monitoring and correcting time log errors from team members; productivity, recognition, and morale
  • Support employee facing HR for the business on all HR related inquiries through calibration with the global and regional HR teams
  • Monitor legislative compliance in each country for changes and notify operations and legal to amend policies as needed
  • Partner with HR Operations and HR team to modify, create or partner on HR policies policy creation and procedures to ensure compliance and/or support process changes
  • Review regularly the Company's handbook
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic form. Ensure employee data is regularly checked for accuracy
  • Conduct or acquire background checks and employee eligibility verifications
  • Support company initiatives and events
  • Handle confidential matters with discretion
  • Do any other ad hoc tasks that may be assigned in the fulfillment of the HR Generalist duties
  • Perform other ad hoc duties related to the role as assigned
