Responsibilities

  • Intranet Development: Collaborate with HRBP and IT teams to design and build a user-friendly intranet
  • Ensure the intranet is populated with relevant, up-to-date information
  • Develop guidelines and best practices for maintaining the intranet
  • Updating Onboarding Documents: Review and revise current onboarding documents to ensure they are comprehensive and user-friendly
  • Create new onboarding materials as needed to reflect changes in policies and procedures
  • Creating a Manager Onboarding Program: Develop a structured onboarding program specifically for new managers
  • Include essential information such as company policies, team management best practices, and leadership resources
  • Manager Training Development: Collaborate with HRBP to identify key training needs for managers across the organization
  • Design training modules on topics such as leadership, performance management, and team development
  • Contractor Management Process: Collaborate with HRBP and Legal to create a standardized process for managing contractors, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Develop onboarding checklists, resources and best practices
  • Handbook Update: Review and update the current employee handbook to reflect the latest company policies and legal requirements
