HR Generalist

Summary

Join Pulumi as a HR Generalist to support HR functions, enhance the employee experience, and collaborate with various teams. This remote role will involve facilitating onboarding processes, maintaining HR records, assisting with compensation and benefits projects, promoting a positive workplace culture, identifying training needs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and acting as a trusted resource for employees.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in HR or a related role
• Self-starter, who is comfortable working collaboratively and independently
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
• Strong understanding of best practices in workplace culture and employee engagement strategies
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with employees at all levels

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
• Support and maintain HR System records which can include: data entry, I9 & other record keeping, and other general HR administrative duties
• Will assist and support with general compensation and benefits projects
• Partner on annual programs such as annual compensation review, policy changes/rollouts, engagement survey, and annual performance review process
• Promote a positive workplace culture and encourage open communication
• Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs
• Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with legal regulations and industry best practices
• Assist in brainstorming and/or organizing team-building activities, events, and recognition programs that foster camaraderie and collaboration
• Act as a trusted resource for employees to discuss concerns, ideas, and feedback

Benefits

• Base Salary Hiring Range: $85,000 - $125,000
• All full time employee offers at Pulumi include base salary, bonus or variable, equity and benefits (details below)
