Summary

Join our team as an HR Generalist and provide support to the internal HR team in day-to-day operations, including employee relations, policy administration, and HR initiative development. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, assist with onboarding, and act as a point of contact for employee and manager issues. This role requires strong HR operational expertise, a proactive approach, and a desire for professional growth. You will support employees with benefits, process invoices, monitor employment laws, maintain employee records, and assist with performance reviews. Additionally, you will provide guidance to managers, document HR processes, respond to employee inquiries, manage employee data, analyze HR data, prepare reports, and assist with HR projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 2–4 years of HR generalist experience
  • PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
  • Foundational understanding of HR laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring
  • Assist in new hire onboarding processes to ensure a seamless employee experience
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers to resolve workplace issues
  • Serve as a culture keeper, modeling the company pillars daily
  • Support employees with benefits enrollment and inquiries
  • Complete the timely and accurate processing of monthly benefit invoices
  • Continuously monitor federal, state, and local employment laws for updates
  • Maintain employee records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements
  • Assist in the administration of performance review processes
  • Provide guidance to managers on performance management and feedback strategies
  • Document HR processes and procedures and update as needed
  • Respond to employee inquiries on company policies and programs
  • Manage day-to-day employee updates and data within HRIS
  • Collect and analyze HR data to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
  • Prepare reports for senior management on key HR metrics
  • Assist with additional HR projects and organizational initiatives as needed

Preferred Qualifications

HRIS experience a plus
