My Job Tank is seeking a Recruiting Intern for their Talent Acquisition Team in New York City. The ideal candidate should be result-oriented, self-motivated, highly organized, and proficient in English and Mandarin. The intern will conduct full-cycle recruitment, assist with internal and external communications, draft job descriptions, maintain and expand the talent pool, and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Psychology or a related major
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
• Detail-orientated
• Team player and fast learner

Responsibilities

• Conduct full-cycle of recruitment; screen, evaluate, interview candidates through effective methods
• Assist with internal and external communications of My Job Tank team
• Draft job descriptions and post positions via ATS and external job boards
• Maintain and expand talent pool
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in Human Resources/Recruiting
• Experience with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Bilingual in Mandarin
