Summary

The job is a part-time Recruiting Intern position at Noetic Strategies in Huntsville, AL or telework. The intern will assist the Corporate Recruiting Department with various functions including screening of potential candidates, management of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and administrative duties as needed.

Requirements

• Strong editing and proofreading abilities with excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills
• Has completed courses in Human Resources/Communications
• Self-motivated, displays initiative and ability to follow through with tasks to completion
• Familiar with and can use Microsoft Office products

Responsibilities

• Assists with hiring activities
• Conducts salary and benefits research
• Assists in recruiting activities and cleaning up the ATS
• Screening of potential candidates
• Management of job postings in ClearanceJobs, HireEZ, etc
