- Stay up to date and create presentations and metrics sharing HR technology trends, particularly those related to AI and automation, and articulate their implications for the organization
- Develop and present detailed reports, recommendations, and roadmaps for AI adoption within HR systems
- Research and ensure AI configurations comply with data privacy, security, and ethical standards
