The HRBP Intern will work on engaging projects with global financial institutions, focusing on employee relations, performance management, talent development, employee engagement activities, data management, and reporting. Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 0-1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, internship experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support HRBP Activities
• Help coordinate and participate in HR initiatives and projects that align with business objectives
• Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and events
• Assist in collecting and analyzing employee feedback to help improve workplace culture
• Maintain accurate HR records and employee information in HR systems
• Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
