• Develop hiring strategies and implement recruitment
• Conduct international recruitment work
• Build talent pools, collect recruitment information, analyze it, and provide feedback
• Monitor employee dynamics, communicate with employees, collect employee information, and help management make HR decisions
• Assist in the development of corporate culture and create a good company culture environment
