Summary
Join Level Access as a HubSpot Administrator and become a key player on the Business Systems team. Partner with the Marketing Operations Specialist to ensure HubSpot and its integrated applications meet the needs of Marketing and Sales. You will manage the HubSpot platform, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and optimize data models and workflows. This remote position based in Mexico requires 3 years of HubSpot CRM administration experience and expertise in data management and system integrations. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying areas for improvement. Requirements
- Have 3 years of experience administering HubSpot CRM
- Have experience managing HubSpot CRM integrated with Salesforce
- Be highly knowledgeable in data management, process optimization, and system integrations within the HubSpot ecosystem
- Have in-depth knowledge of HubSpot's CRM and marketing automation features, including workflows, lead scoring, and email marketing
- Have experience creating and analyzing marketing metrics, campaign performance, and lead attribution
- Be proficient in designing workflows, automations, and segmentations that enhance both sales and marketing effectiveness
- Have experience configuring Salesforce as it pertains to custom fields, lead assignment rules, campaigns and Flows
- Have a proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Be a self-starter with a desire to uncover and identify hidden areas for improvement
Responsibilities
- Manage the HubSpot platform using Marketing and Operations Hubs
- Have advanced experience in Marketing Hub Enterprise, including managing and troubleshooting workflows, integrating with Salesforce and third-party systems, and developing scoring, grading, and lead routing strategies
- Possess extensive knowledge of Operations Hub Enterprise, collaborating with the Business Systems team to consult on and implement best practices for data management in HubSpot
- Partner with Revenue Operations to define the technical requirements necessary to effectively support marketing and sales initiatives
- Develop, configure and optimize HubSpot data models, workflows, forms and automation strategies
- Maintain and optimize the HubSpot integration with Salesforce and additional 3rd party applications
- Provide data architecture consultation to Business Systems Architect, Business Systems Technical Leadership and Data Architect to ensure seamless integrations and maintain data integrity across integrated applications with HubSpot
- Collaborate with Business Systems team members to keep them up to date on HubSpot customizations, especially as they relate to the additional applications managed by the team
- Establish and reinforce HubSpot best practices for lead scoring, contact/deal management, business automation, and data integrity
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to HubSpot
- Have deep knowledge of HubSpotβs permissions and scopes for diverse user roles and custom application management
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience building Campaign and Attribution architecture and model
- Have Service Hub experience
- Have HubSpot Marketing Software Certification
