Summary
Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as a Human Resources Administrator in a fully remote position based in Turkey! Working hours are 4:00 pm to 2:00 am Istanbul time (Eastern Time zone). You will maintain employee records using Deel software, schedule HR meetings, assist with payroll, and support the HR Generalist on various projects. Excellent English skills and experience as an HR Administrator are essential. A US dollar salary is offered.
Requirements
- Work experience as a Human Resources Administrator, Assistant or similar role
- Excellent English (both written and verbal)
- Willing to work Eastern Time zone hours
- Strong ability to work independently and strong organization skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams and PowerPoint)
- Must own a computer (desktop/laptop, PC or Mac is acceptable)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain contractor and employment records related to events such as hiring, employment termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions, using human resources management system software (currently, Deel)
- Schedule new hire orientations, training sessions and other HR related meetings
- Assist with payroll by ensuring all employee timecards are approved and consultant invoices are completed properly and timely
- Other projects and duties as assigned
