Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or a recent graduate
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proactive and willing to take initiative
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Must be based in the Philippines

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, including but not limited to maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
  • Organize employee engagement initiatives and events
  • Contribute to HR projects and process improvements
  • Provide general HR support as needed
