Human Resources Functional Consultant

Summary

Join CampusWorks as a 1099 project-based consultant and leverage your functional human resources experience with higher education and the Jenzabar ERP system to help our clients create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting. You will train HR professionals and work remotely. CampusWorks consultants collaborate with clients to optimize processes and implement Jenzabar solutions. This position requires HR operations experience and hands-on Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) experience. The ideal candidate possesses an analytical mindset and higher education experience. You will work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure successful Jenzabar HCM implementation or enhancement. Requirements

• 4+ years’ Jenzabar (CX, EX, or J1) expertise
• Experience in Human Resources in higher education
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

• Help clients create efficiencies, process improvements, and quality financial data reporting
• Train HR professionals within client institutions
• Engage with clients in higher education to assist them in fully leveraging their people, processes, policies, and technologies
• Collaborate with clients’ functional and technical teams and CampusWorks colleagues to evaluate current processes, design future-state optimal processes, and to architect, develop, test, train, and rollout process and technical solutions
• Work closely with HR stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and/or enhancement of the Jenzabar HCM system

Preferred Qualifications

• Jenzabar SaaS experience
• ERP implementation, and/or consulting experience
• Advanced degree
• Experience working with senior leaders as a partner and trusted advisor
• Experience with project management methodologies/software and/or process mapping/software
