Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master's level university program in Human-Computer Interaction, UI/UX Design, or a related field
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and accountability to effectively engage in your work and contribute to a team environment ultimately driving success within UI/UX efforts
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices
• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and conducting user research to gather insights and inform design decisions
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new and existing features
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other stakeholders, to create user-centered designs
• Conduct usability testing and analyze the results to iterate on design solutions
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in UI/UX and HCI

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s program enrollment or completion is preferred but not mandatory
