Identity & Access Management Analyst

Summary

Join Clover's Business Enablement team as an IAM Analyst in New Zealand, contributing to our technological advancement and robust security. You will provide operational support for the IAM program, encompassing user access provisioning, role-based access control, and privileged access management. Collaborate on implementing SSO integrations and MFA, build Okta workflows, and review PAM logging events. Contribute to cross-functional IAM enhancement projects and improve operational efficiency. Requirements

• You have experience with Okta, AWS and GCP IAM environments
• You have experience with RBAC and SAML 2.0
• You’re well versed in performing User Access Reviews for SOX compliance

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the IAM program, encompassing user access provisioning, role-based access control, access certification, and privileged access management
• Review current IAM configurations for best practices including MFA implementations
• Collaborate on implementing Single Sign-on (SSO) integrations and MFA
• Build workflows (Okta) to supplement IAM processes including RBAC and provisioning to and from applications
• Review PAM logging events for policy exceptions and additional compliance reporting
• Suggest and contribute to cross functional IAM enhancement projects with stakeholders across the business
• Learn department processes and procedures
• Begin supporting SOX compliance and User access reviews
• Build relationships with department managers in support of UAR and Access requirements
• Identity and build workflows and automations to support IAM functions
• Collaborate with third party ecosystem vendors to ensure SOX requirements for IAM functions where applicable
• Recommend changes to processes and procedures to improve efficiency and timeliness of IT technical controls
• Collaborative approach to IAM functions and wider knowledge of the business as a whole
• Enable business associates with workflows that expedite and still securely manage credentials and access
• Deploy privileged access management capabilities where feasible
