Identity and Access Management Architect

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Director of Security Architecture, you will design and implement IAM solutions, manage access controls, and ensure security compliance. Collaborate with tech services and security teams to troubleshoot issues and implement RBAC concepts. Architect an Identity Governance Program to enhance security. This role requires at least four years of experience with Microsoft Identity, including EntraID, a deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• At least four years of experience working with Microsoft Identity, including EntraID
• Deep understanding of Zero Trust principles, Device Compliance, MDM integrations, and Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to dig deep into existing infrastructure
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• A B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions with a strong emphasis on Microsoft EntraID
• Implement Zero Trust controls and manage access controls
• Ensure security compliance and device compliance
• Collaborate with tech services and security teams to troubleshoot IAM issues
• Implement RBAC concepts and architect an Identity Governance Program
• Integrate Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions with IAM
• Provide excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex IAM concepts
