Summary

Join BenchSci as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Specialist and contribute to a challenging and collaborative environment. Requirements

  • 1-2 years of knowledge of enterprise software technologies (e.g., Jira, Monday, Auth0, Entitle, etc.)
  • Demonstrated experience or involvement in project management and change management within large organizations
  • Strong communication skills to thrive in a service and support-focused role, including working with stakeholders in some of the largest pharmaceutical companies in the world
  • Ability to manage project delivery end-to-end, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and drive results
  • Proven experience in access management, customer care, or technological operational roles is an advantage
  • Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security policies

Responsibilities

  • Manage SaaS user access through close collaboration with platform and GTM teams
  • Work independently as an access implementation specialist, owning projects end-to-end with little direct supervision
  • Ensure cross-organizational transparency on IAM deliverables, meet key project milestones, fulfil contractual obligations, and exceed customer expectations
  • Monitor and audit user access processes and identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security policies
  • Support evaluation of IAM tools and processes, collecting feedback and providing recommendations for improvement for both customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with the Authorization Engineering team to assist in the release validation of IAM solutions
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Product Marketing to ensure seamless enablement of new and existing features

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with IAM tools such as Okta, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), CyberArk, ForgeRock, SailPoint, or similar platforms preferred
