Summary
Join bswift as an Implementation Delivery Lead and help clients exceed expectations using our benefits administration software and services. You will act as a technical and subject matter expert, managing client expectations and proactively consulting on best practices. Responsibilities include system configuration, testing, and auditing, as well as managing COBRA/Direct Bill setup, communications, vendor integrations, data conversion, and payroll. You will also coach Implementation Analysts and resolve client inquiries. This role requires 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience, preferably in the benefits or healthcare industry, along with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and strong communication skills. Requirements
- 3+ years of client relationship and implementation experience (preferably in benefits or healthcare industry)
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot tables, providing data summaries) and working knowledge of other MS Office products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and brokers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced atmosphere
- Must be able to quickly sort through complex subject material
- Strong analytical skill set and ability to effectively use data for strategy
- High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization, and accuracy/thoroughness
- Ability to take initiative to meet challenges with resourcefulness and new innovative approaches while maintaining a high level of quality
- Must possess a passion for teamwork and providing excellent client service
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field (required)
Responsibilities
- Be a bswift Technical and subject matter expert in key meetings including Implementation status meetings and other meetings during the implementation process with clients
- Manage client expectations, anticipating possible issues and communicating turnaround times with reasonable delivery dates
- Proactively consult clients on best practices and be a subject matter expert on necessary system and process changes to achieve client goals
- Research and recommend system enhancements based upon client needs (assist in the development specifications with bswift Product Managers and Developers)
- Work closely with other teams within the organization to ensure that all services are delivered in a timely and effective manner
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments and making recommendations for changes to the companyβs client service approach as needed
- Proactively identifying project risks and alerting Implementation lead
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: System configuration/testing/auditing
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: COBRA/Direct Bill set up management
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: Communications
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: Vendor Integrations
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: Data conversion
- Own multiple areas of an implementation including but not limited to: Payroll
- Coach Implementation Analysts on their deliverables
- Researching, resolving, and replying to client inquiries regarding system or process gaps
