Implementation Engineer

Summary

Join At-Bay's Security team and help protect small businesses from digital risks. As an Implementation Engineer, you will onboard and integrate client security systems into our SOAR platform, ensuring seamless operation and data flow. You will monitor security sensors, analyze data, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution. This role requires 2+ years of cybersecurity experience with EDR or security consulting, familiarity with various security solutions, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. A Bachelor's degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience is needed; cybersecurity certifications are preferred. The position is remote in the USA, with an estimated base pay range of $100,000-$115,000 per year.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with exposure to EDR or security consulting
• Working knowledge of one or more EDR solutions (e.g., CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Carbon Black, Palo Alto Networks)
• Familiarity with Network Traffic Analysis, SOAR, Vulnerability Management, Cloud Security, and Email Security for effective system integration and monitoring
• Proven ability to manage complex client relationships and deliver integrated security solutions
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to the interoperability of security technologies
• Effective communication skills, capable of providing clients with guidance on the integrated security systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Technology/Cybersecurity or equivalent experience; cybersecurity certifications preferred
