Requirements
- Have 1-2 years of experience in technical implementations, data analysis, or software engineering
- Have worked with data integration and ETL processes
- Have experience working with SQL and data mapping tools
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Implement and validate data mappings, ensuring accuracy and consistency in data integration processes
- Assist in refining and documenting onboarding processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve implementation-related issues, providing technical support to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance the customer onboarding experience
- Maintain and improve existing customer integrations
- Coordinate across business units to deliver solutions and resolve issues
- Design and implement new processes to improve our customer and engineer experience
- Lead customer integrations from planning to implementation for engineering
