Summary

Join CopilotIQ + Biofourmis, a leader in AI-driven healthcare, as an Implementation Manager. You will lead the deployment of Biofourmis solutions, ensuring customer success from start to finish. As the primary client liaison, you will deliver high-quality implementations, driving clinical and operational impact. This collaborative role directly shapes customer experience and satisfaction. You will own the implementation lifecycle, manage client communication, translate clinical workflows into platform configurations, and design training programs. Collaboration with internal teams is key to meeting milestones. The role requires hands-on support and deep product expertise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; focus in a healthcare or technical field preferred
  • 2+ years’ experience implementing software solutions in healthcare settings, collaborating with clinical and operational teams to ensure successful adoption and integration
  • 2+ years’ experience partnering directly with clinical and operational teams to tailor technology solutions to real-world workflows
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP), or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust across teams and clients
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced, and startup-like environments
  • A hands-on, team-oriented mindset with a readiness to step in wherever needed to drive results
  • Willingness to travel (approximately 15%) to support client implementations and go-lives

Responsibilities

  • Own the full implementation lifecycle for Biofourmis solutions—kickoff through go-live—including configuration, testing, training, and post-launch support
  • Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders during implementation, ensuring alignment, clarity, and an excellent customer experience
  • Translate clinical workflows into platform configurations that enhance usability and support care delivery
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs for clinical and operational staff, ensuring they are confident and equipped to use the Biofourmis platform effectively
  • Facilitate both remote and on-site training sessions, leveraging adult learning principles to drive engagement and retention
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams including EMR, Customer Support, Logistics, Technical Program Management, and Product to meet implementation milestones
  • Provide hands-on support during key phases of the project, including on-site and remote go-live support
  • Develop deep product expertise in Biofourmis' CopilotIQ+ platform, including software features and digital device integrations
