Summary
Join Counterpart Health as a Staff Implementation Manager and play a pivotal role in transitioning customers from prospects to live users of our innovative primary care tool, Counterpart Assistant. You will be the first in this role, shaping our implementation approach. Responsibilities include building end-to-end project plans, developing an implementation playbook, monitoring data quality, and partnering with various teams across the organization. Success will be measured by consistent, speedy, and on-target delivery of customer implementations. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in technical product and healthcare technology implementations, expertise in project management, and a passion for customer success. This is a remote-first position.
Requirements
- You have minimum of 10+ years experience working with technical product implementations
- You have a minimum of 3+ years experience working with healthcare technology implementations (experience with EHR and data feed integrations ideal)
- You have experience being part of an empowered product organization
- You are an expert with project management processes
Responsibilities
- Partner cross functionally with almost every function of the organization to support successful implementations
- Build end to end project plans for complex, multistep projects with considerable cross company dependencies
- Start, write, and iteratively improve an implementation playbook and process as we learn new challenges and patterns from new customers
- You will be directly responsible for writing the content and developing the materials used both internally and externally for how we get from sales to live
- Quantify the progress and quality of our implementations; if you canโt measure it, you canโt describe how youโve moved it
- Be accountable to outcomes of the implementations, finding solutions to problems and enabling the success of the implementations
- Use your technical abilities to monitor and address data quality issues as they arise during implementations, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the data
