Summary

Join Lightspeed as an Implementation Manager to support the NuORDER product in North America. You will be responsible for scoping and delivering implementation engagements, acting as the primary point of contact for customers during onboarding. This role involves collaborating with clients, sales, and account management to understand customer goals and develop solutions. You will plan and manage all phases of project lifecycles, applying project management best practices and agile techniques. The position is remote, prioritizing candidates on the West Coast of Canada or the US. You will manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously and work with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • The position is remote and will prioritize candidates on the West Coast of Canada or the United States
  • 3–5 years of experience delivering consulting projects in customer-facing roles, preferably within professional services or consulting teams in a software company
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience supporting complex, data-driven business applications in a B2B environment, with the ability to apply strategic thinking to customer requirements
  • Comfortable discussing technical integrations within database and ERP landscapes
  • Solid understanding of consulting processes, solution development, and project management
  • Experience leading teams and engagements using agile techniques and frameworks, with the ability to pivot when requirements change
  • Able to multitask and manage many projects simultaneously across different time zones
  • Strong analytical thinking, with expertise in Excel, Salesforce, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) tools

Responsibilities

  • Understand B2B ecommerce, wholesale retailing, and merchandising principles, and articulate how NuORDER facilitates best practices
  • Collaborate with clients, sales, and account management to understand and document customer goals, developing and proposing solutions that exceed expectations
  • Plan, organize, and manage all phases of project lifecycles to ensure successful delivery, including scoping requirements, developing project plans, managing team tasks, and success criteria
  • Apply project management best practices across projects of varying complexity
  • Challenge, recommend, and redirect teams while managing client expectations throughout engagements
  • Oversee and manage multiple customer engagements simultaneously
