Join Qualia as an Implementation Manager and lead the post-sale customer journey, ensuring a seamless transition to the Qualia platform. Guide strategic clients through onboarding, including system configuration, workflow customization, and training. This role requires strong project management, technical aptitude, and communication skills. You will work directly with clients, configure the system, deliver training, and ensure quality assurance. The ideal candidate has experience in a project management or implementation role, preferably in SaaS or B2B. - Strong technical skills and comfort with configuring complex software systems

- Experience with project management software and a strong understanding of implementation methodologies

Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead all aspects of the implementation project, from initial discovery and strategic planning to final go-live and handoff to the Customer Success team
- Customer Consultation: Work directly with customer stakeholders to understand their business processes and configure the Qualia platform to meet their unique operational needs
- System Configuration: Configure core system settings, including user permissions, security settings, financial accounts, and third-party integrations (e.g., banks, e-recording services)
- Training & Enablement: Develop and deliver customized training programs for new and existing users, utilizing a variety of methods including on-site, virtual, and self-serve content
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of all configurations and integrations to ensure the system is ready for launch and meets the customerโs business requirements
- Client Advocacy: Identify potential project risks and product gaps, communicating them to internal teams and collaborating on solutions to ensure a smooth implementation
- Documentation & Handoff: Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure a smooth transition of the client to internal teams upon successful project completion, and inform stakeholders about the ongoing implementation status
