Implementation Scientist

Summary

The job is for an Implementation Scientist in EMEA who will onboard new customers onto the SOPHiA GENETICS platform. The role requires fluency in English and French, a relevant degree, experience with Next-Generation Sequencing, project management skills, and excellent communication skills. Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French
• BSc, MSc or PhD in a relevant field such as Genetics, Molecular Biology, Oncology or similar
• Direct experience with Next-Generation Sequencing, library preparation, bioinformatics, and related consumables and products is critical

Responsibilities

• Onboard new customers across the territory onto the SOPHiA GENETICS platform & product ecosystem via our MaxCare Program methodology
• Ensure seamless project execution, integration, and adoption of our genomic analysis platform and tools
• Project manage all activities leading to successful execution of a MaxCare Program
• Coordinate technical and executive stakeholders at all levels both internally and externally
• Provide all onboarding support & technical training throughout the customer-defined NGS workflow
• Drive customer satisfaction through first routine run, and support ongoing application training

Preferred Qualifications

Previous working knowledge in a Commercial Technical support role linked to Genomics
