Implementation Specialist

Summary

The Implementation Specialist at Ncontracts is responsible for onboarding clients, executing project tasks to ensure timely completion of key milestones, collaborating with team members, and providing consultative input on products and services. The role requires 2 years of prior implementation or training experience, proficiency with PC software, strong communications skills, organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently and on project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the process of transitioning new clients from their existing systems to the Ncontracts product suite
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the client implementation process
• Conduct telephone/web-based and/or face-face training sessions with new users
• Establish a strong working relationship with each client based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building
• Serve as the subject matter expert and advocate for the Ncontracts product suite
• Proactively consult clients on best practices and necessary system and process changes to achieve implementation milestones and goals
• Investigate, analyze, and recommend solutions for client needs
• Maintain accurate project status in Ncontracts project management system
• Work closely with sales partners to ensure client expectations are being met
• Train and mentor new team members
• Serve as a thought leader for continuous improvement of the Implementation process

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in Vendor Management, Business Continuity, Enterprise Risk Management and/or Lending Compliance roles preferred
