Summary
Join Webafrica, a dynamic and creative company, as a customer-focused representative. You will be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, handling inquiries, upgrading/downgrading plans, and converting inquiries into sales. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills. You will work remotely with provided equipment and access to shared workspaces. The position requires a Matric certificate, 2 years of call center experience, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM software. Previous ISP experience and inbound sales experience are advantageous.
Requirements
- Possess a Matric Certificate or Equivalent
- Have 2 years of experience in a Call center Environment
- Be proficient in MS Office
- Be proficient in CRM software
Responsibilities
- Ensure new customers receive a warm welcome
- Handle queries from existing customers regarding changes to their products
- Use persuasive communication skills and product knowledge to find solutions for customers
- Convert inquiries into satisfied customers
- Assist new customers and handle inbound sales tickets and queries on all products
- Log new tickets and follow up on existing ones
- Follow up on required information for tickets before submission to ensure data accuracy
- Accurately document customer information, interactions, and sales details in the CRM system
- Regularly follow up with potential customers to address inquiries and maximize sales opportunities
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Maintain an understanding of legal and ethical requirements related to sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Have previous ISP experience
- Have prior experience in inbound sales, telemarketing, and/or customer service
- Possess active listening skills
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Be able to work in a team
- Possess attention to detail
- Possess strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess excellent time management skills
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
