Summary
Join Brevo as an Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a central role in expanding our business with a focus on the German market. As SDR, you will qualify incoming leads and convert them into valuable customers, identifying promising opportunities for our Account Executives.
Responsibilities
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as Opportunities
- Identify customer needs and suggest suitable products/services
- Organize meetings or phone calls between (potential) customers and Account Executives
- Offer product and platform demonstrations at professional events
- Ensure upsell and churn prevention strategies
- Respond to customer offer requests
- Present all benefits of our solution and act as a brand ambassador
