A degree in Accounting/Tax is required, along with specific experience. The ideal candidate will possess additional skills and experience.

Requirements

  • Accounting/tax degree required
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience a Big 4 accounting firm and in the industry
  • High-tech industry experience in California required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with tax research

Responsibilities

  • Prepare quarterly income tax provisions, tax account reconciliations, income tax disclosures, and support the monthly close process
  • Manage domestic and international tax compliance and transfer pricing, including country by country reporting and pillar II compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Accounting, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Treasury at all levels within the company
  • Provide professional and prompt tax guidance to internal partners
  • Support international tax expansion, including liaising with external advisors on tax return preparation
  • Execute ad hoc projects as required
  • Uphold compliance with SOX requirements in all areas
  • Develop and implement process improvements, utilizing technology where appropriate, over the tax calculation process

Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA preferred but not required
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Experience with OneSource preferred

Benefits

For California, Colorado, New York, Washington, and remote roles: The compensation range for this role is $131,910 to $204,880
