Requirements
- Minimum of 5 yearsβ experience in the NDT field
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to pass vision exams in accordance with NAS 410
- Level 3 Qualifications in the Aerospace industry (NAS 410)
- Strong software and computer skills, particularly with proprietary and advanced software products
- Exceptional customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in high-pressure environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working at all levels of an organization
- Valid driverβs license
- Experience delivering training in classroom and hands-on settings
- Experience resolving technical issues in sensitive environments
- US Citizenship required
Responsibilities
- Manage, develop, and grow customer accounts
- Provide software support, advanced training, and technique development
- Execute Nadcap accreditation audits and supporting process updates
- Manage and execute the Inspection Service Interpretation Program
- Assist in the development of technical manuals, work instructions, and procedures
- Read and interpret customer and industry specifications, codes, and standards
- Develop inspection techniques and process parts at company locations
- Work with application engineers to develop scanning techniques using proprietary imaging software tailored to customer-specific applications
