Summary

Join SearchStax as the Industry Marketing Manager for Healthcare and play a pivotal role in promoting innovative search solutions within the healthcare sector. Collaborate closely with the Director of Product Marketing and the Director of Growth Marketing to develop compelling messaging and execute strategic marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for building relationships with key accounts, creating engaging content, conducting market research, and launching new products. This role requires a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in industry marketing at a technology company as a healthcare specialist, preferably within the B2B SaaS / website technology space
  • Be comfortable with speaking engagements and participation in events, webinars, podcast and other audience-facing venues
  • Have prior experience working in the healthcare sector and a strong understanding of its unique website / search challenges and buyer personas and buying behaviors
  • Possess knowledge of the regulatory requirements and established website tools and technologies across healthcare sectors
  • Have strong writing skills with a knack for crafting compelling and informative content for a healthcare audience
  • Have experience in conducting market and competitive analyses
  • Be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Be comfortable working with data and utilizing metrics to measure the success of marketing initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of Healthcare Site Search at conferences, virtual events, and sales engagements
  • Develop direct relationships with our key healthcare accounts to champion their stories
  • Drive product awareness and adoption in the healthcare space through strategic marketing campaigns
  • Engage with prospects directly in support of marketing efforts
  • Serve as the go-to resource for all healthcare-related inquiries within the go-to-market team, including sales, account management, and partner teams
  • Provide guidance and insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape specific to the healthcare sector
  • Develop thought leadership content to raise awareness of the need and advantages of site search solutions that offer marketer agility - including articles, videos and speaking events
  • Amplify product positioning and messaging that highlights how our search solutions address the unique needs and challenges of Healthcare provider organizations
  • Work with the Product Marketing team to develop clear value propositions that demonstrate the positive impact on patient and visitor outcomes, improved website experiences that increase engagement, patient satisfaction, and strengthening both trust and reputations of healthcare organizations
  • Craft high-quality, brand-aligned content across various channels, including case studies, blog posts, website copy, sales collateral, video content, demo story for Healthcare and internal training materials with our editorial and content team
  • Translate complex search functionalities into clear and concise language that resonates with Healthcare decision-makers
  • Identity key roles in the buyer and user personas for the healthcare segment(s)
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitive research to understand the Healthcare search landscape
  • Identify key differentiators and develop messaging that clarifies when SearchStax solution would be the go-to choice for providers
  • Articulate how we work with other healthcare technologies and partners in healthcare web experiences
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches for the Healthcare market
  • Support Product Marketing in developing audience segmentation plans, crafting launch messaging, creating launch materials, and driving awareness through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Utilize data insights to measure the success of product launches and inform future marketing strategies
  • Maintain close communication with the Site Search Product Manager, and the product development team to stay updated on the latest search innovations and their impact on the Healthcare landscape
  • Understand and articulate the Healthcare eco-system for partnership and integrations
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing to advocate for product enhancements that align with the needs of healthcare institutions, and translate the value of new releases to the Healthcare industry
