Join RELEX Solutions as an Industry Principal, CPG & Manufacturing in Europe. Requirements
- 10+ years experience in the CPG & Manufacturing industry at senior level or consulting roles
- Minimum of Bachelor's degree
- Ability to travel as needed for events and prospect meetings
Responsibilities
- Generate thought leadership in the market through written blogs and articles, and speaking at events and conferences
- Establish relationships with key industry analysts through briefings and presentations, ensuring to position RELEX as a leader in the market
- Continue to research the latest trends and customer needs, keeping track of the competitive landscape in order to ensure RELEX is positioned as a leader
- Use industry expertise together with market research to define a segmentation of the market that helps form the basis for targeted sales and marketing plans
- Use the unique characteristics of the industry to create a differentiated value proposition, including dedicated offering and pricing models as needed
- Ensure sales materials, demos, test-drives etc are available and aligned to overall value proposition
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure communication of the plans are clear and execution is tracked regularly to ensure success in GTM strategies
- Develop a sales strategy for major accounts in coordination with Sales teams, tailoring the approach based on specific needs
- Support implementation of the sales strategy, working with Account Executives and Pre-Sales to shape the offering and implementation plan based on direct involvement with major accounts
- Directly influence senior execs in target accounts by leveraging industry expertise and experience in the domain, in order to help ensure RELEX is considered a strategic partner
- Coordinate and communicate with pre-sales and product management on the intricacies of individual sales cases, ensuring to evolve the overall value proposition based on learnings
- Engage with key Go To Market partners to align on go to market priorities and messaging, in collaboration with our alliances team
- Be the link between central product teams and experts, and local market knowledge, ensuring to evolve and evangelize a product and market strategy that leverages RELEXβs core strengths whilst reflecting local market needs
- Drive product innovation through summarising findings from market, competitor, and customer insight to inform, influence and help prioritize Product Roadmap
- Work with relevant product management teams to ensure they are involved in detailed customer discovery sessions as needed, bringing them in to ensure detailed requirements are understood
- Work with internal implementation teams and third parties to ensure they are able to support RELEX in implementation of industry specific packages
- Stay close to key customer implementations, helping to secure their success, and to ensure relevant learnings are captured and used to inform the market and product strategy
- Work with third party partners to ensure we leverage their resources to support sales, and that they position RELEX as leaders in CPG & Manufacturing supply chain planning
- Connect with relevant technology providers in order to build a network of complementary partners if needed to secure sales growth
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with supply chain planning solutions such as BlueYonder, Kinaxis, o9, OMP, Oracle, SAP IBP etc in some capacity (can be as a buyer, user, vendor, or implementer) is a strong plus
- Thought leadership in the industry, with compelling views on industry trends and the detailed needs and challenges of today and the future
- A passion for continuous learning and the potential that technology can offer the industry
- A track record of being able to communicate at senior level e.g. event presentations, webinars, conferences etc
- Strong written skills demonstrated in e.g. blogs, articles, social media etc
- Strong collaboration skills, demonstrating ability to influence teams cross-functionally to achieve outcomes
- An ability to independently lead initiatives and shape plans from vision to execution
- A strong sense of teamwork and knowledge sharing, supporting development of people around them
